Users authenticate via “Sign in with PastpaperLM” — a popup on our domain. You never touch credentials, tokens, or session management. Zero security surface on your side.

How it works

You embed the SDK

Add one <script> tag and one <div> container. Call EPIS.init({ clientId: 'your-id' }). Done.

Users authenticate

First-time users see an “Authenticate with PastpaperLM” screen inside the embed. A popup opens on pastpaperlm.com — not your site. Google auth completes. Popup closes. EPIS loads.

EPIS runs on our infrastructure

Every AI call, every credit deduction, every session — all on PastpaperLM servers. You serve HTML. We serve the AI.

Delivery model

EpisBox uses an iframe embed approach. Your page contains a container &lt;div&gt;; the SDK mounts a full-featured iframe from embed.pastpaperlm.com into it. This means:

  • Your CSS cannot break EPIS — iframe isolation keeps styles separate
  • EPIS cannot read your page — no XSS surface between contexts
  • Updates are automatic — when we ship improvements, your integration picks them up with no action on your side

AuraSpace is a study platform built as a single HTML file (vanilla JS, no build system). They added EPIS Chat to their sidebar in under an hour:
